7:00pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:33pm – Meeting was called to order – Pledge of Allegiance & Conservation pledge

Introduction of Officers: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol, Mike Cumberland-President, Jim Hacke- Secretary, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, Mike Ripley- Jr. Rifle/Black Powder and Tom Horstman- Trap.

Treasurer’s Report: Jon read treasurer’s report.

Bills and Communications: Received check for $100 from the Boy Scout Troop 33 as another appreciation for letting them use the club for a weekend stay.  Jon Hiser paid $3180 for the new zero turn mower that was purchased for the club.  Jon also reported that the CMP renewal is almost complete and ready to send in.

Pop: Steve reported that any income from last months pop with be going back in to purchase new stock.

Rental Committee Report:  $900 was turned in from last months rentals.  Upcoming: Iron Mountain will be at the club April 4th, 11th, 18th. Annual Frolic will be on March 25th . The PA Constables will be at club on April 28th, 29th, 30th . There is a range rental on April 12th . Pistol team’s banquet will be April 22nd.

Pistol Team: Stephen took in $184, kept $54, turned in $130 to the club.  They have 3 indoor matches left with their sectional matches coming up on March 17th, 18th, 19th.

Trap Team: Butler trap league will be starting on March 29th.  Moraine is looking for people to shoot for them.  If interested please contact Tom Horstman with any questions or to get a new schedule for upcoming season. Trap range open every Tuesday evening starting at 5pm for practicing.  $3.50 per 25 targets.  Open to public.

Black Powder: Mike turned in $18 from the meat shoots.  Annual Frolic coming up on March 25th.  The trail shoot will be from 10am – 1pm.  Paper target shooting to follow around 1pm – 5pm.  Happy hour social in club to follow $7.00 for dinner.

Junior Rifle Team: Junior rifle is still shooting in 2 separate groups.  Advanced shooters on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month and beginners on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.  Any adults willing to help are appreciated.

Archery:  Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.

Fun Indoor Shoot: Dickie turning in $140 from last months shoots.

Membership: Brian read new memberships and collected $590 of which $65 to maintenance fund and $525 to general fund. He reported 57 new members for 2017 which brings total of 417 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 577.

Old Business: After reviewing 4 bids for replacing the club’s leaking boiler it was voted on to go with the company Fresh Air to do the work.  The club did purchase a new zero turn mower.  Still working on getting new lights for the indoor range.

New Business: The old zero turn mower will be up for sale to all club members very soon.  We will be holding a silent auction starting at $800.  Pictures will be posted and bidding will be done thru email. More details to follow.
